Together with ProForm Kicking, Wihan van der Riet (founder of Rocketfoot Kicking Academy), and longtime ProForm Kicking student Henry Nell, we have put together a digital masterclass to teach these methods to any and all kickers and punters who are interested in taking their abilities to the next level. ProForm also translates smoothly to Rugby kicking and we would love to teach you how to kick 60 plus meters consistently!
ProForm Digital 12 Week Program:
During this 3 month program, ProForm Digital will offer a variety of live classes through a virtual, real-time platform. These classes will cover kicking and punting technique from beginner level, to the most advanced level of kicking ever discovered!
Live classes will be done on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 2pm EST and will be approximately 60 minutes long. Kicking and punting instructional classes will be held on Mondays and Fridays, while Wellness Conditioning classes (Stretching, Conditioning, Nutrition, Mental Training, Physical Therapy/Recovery) will be held on Wednesdays. All athletes involved in our program will have access to the live classes, as well as all past classed that have been recorded. Typical class outline:
