ProForm Kicking Academy 2-Day Private Camp Details:
- 10 Total Hours Over 2 Days (5 hours of training per day)
- Ten total hours of detailed kicking instruction and stretching over the 2-day period. Video of all sessions will be saved and sent to athletes after camp. Food and lodging are not provided.
- Training (Daily Example, times TBD)
- 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm Detailed ProForm Instruction (2 Hours). Video Review sporadically throughout 2-hour session.
- 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm Rest / Detailed Stretching Session (1 Hour)
- 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm Detailed ProForm Instruction (2 Hours). Video Review sporadically throughout 2-hour session.
